Abstract
The seventh reported case of the concurrence of anorexia nervosa and gonadal dysgenesis (Turner syndrome) is presented. Although both conditions are of infrequent occurrence, adequate evidence that their association in the same patient points to causal factors has not been established. Nonetheless, certain similarities between these two syndromes require that the possibility of concurrent gonadal dysgenesis be considered in all cases of anorexia nervosa.
